In June 2018 the Rod Donald Trust and Living Springs Trust signed a memorandum of understanding to initiate a partnership relationship, recognising their common goals.

The aims were to assist with funding a major restoration planting project at Living Springs, and to extend the Head to Head walkway across the Living Springs property connecting the track from Allandale to Teddington.
