We want to farewell our longstanding Trustee Richard Suggate as he retires from the Board after seven and a half years. During this time he has played a crucial role in so many aspects of the Trust’s work, and has been a great asset who will be greatly missed. After many years working for the Department of Conservation this meant his great business development skills and understanding of Banks Peninsula and local iwi were a huge benefit to the work of our Trust.
Trust Manager Shelley says, “We have valued Richard’s experience, wisdom and detailed knowledge of Banks Peninsula and the Trust’s past projects and partnerships. He has been a huge support to me, with his wise and calm approach.”
