This years Walking Festival has got off to a great start with the first days walks all running to full capacity.
‘Lands End Long Day’ provided some stunning scenery at this remote location.
Sam Hampton lead a group of walkers around the Crater Rim from Rapaki to Mt Cavendish sharing his amazing knowledge of geology along the way.
Guide David Brailsford said that it was a perfect day to visit Saddle Hill – no wind, not too hot, and a great group of walkers!
